The location here was really comfortable and convenient for exploring, with a great queen room featuring a fantastic shower and bedroom, along with a welcoming bar area.

the hotel was in a decent location, close to the beaches. it was also just off the causeway and dunluce castle and portstewart strand, local restaurants, and centre of portrush.

This place was fabulous and had very good staff and location, I enjoyed it.

Great location not far from the outskirts of Portrush town, Portstewart, and all the attractions like Giant's Causeway and Mussenden. I felt safe. - the rooms were bright, huge, and with convenient decor.

Parking lots were sufficient, directly in front of the hotel, available free of charge. As the hotel is located at the edge of the city, it is not easy to get away without a car. The breakfast was self service and good.

The hotel is a bit out of date. But we have not really had anything to complain about.

Excellent staff and food, good stay on the lasted visit first morning in the Griffin room. Units in hand basin. Unbeatable and peaceful location in quiet surroundings, easy to get anywhere. So close to the centre and bistro and other key attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Bushmills Distillery.

The hotel is fairly large and fairly clean. the restaurant was excellent. - I had a very positive stay. - the room was spacious. - I had a pleasant view of the sea across Portrush. - the location was good and fab - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

I can recommend this hotel with pleasure, it is very clean and well arranged. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The location was favourable and fab for Portrush, just off buses as well as Taxis, other key attractions, and Causeway and Dunluce Castle and Portstewart Strand. The room was reasonably spacious with working thermostat and with smoke detectors for safety measures...

We had a big room with a bathtub. The restaurant in the hotel had a good price-performance ratio.

The bathroom could be renewed. The lamp in the bathroom flickered, which was a bit annoying over time.

Everything, especially all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

The breakfast here is fantastic with delicious scones, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the queen room has a super comfy bed, and they offer great tea and coffee.

The breakfast was fine, the situation was great. Parking right in front of the door. Very nice welcome at the check in.

The bed was too soft.

The large rooms are very nice.

The Internet connection is not the best, if the hotel is normally busy, it is sometimes difficult.
